Thanks for shopping with Numbers & Naps. This policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through numbersandnaps.com.

Digital Products

All Numbers & Naps products currently sold through this site — including the Shopify Financial Operations Starter Kit — are digital, downloadable products. Because these files can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately, we're generally unable to offer refunds once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

We know that occasionally something goes wrong on our end or on the technical side. If you experience a genuine problem with your purchase — for example, you were charged but never received a working download link, the file is corrupted, or you purchased the same product twice by mistake — contact us at numbersandnaps@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We'll work with you to fix the problem, which may include re-sending the file, providing a corrected version, or, where appropriate, issuing a refund at our discretion.

Future Products

If Numbers & Naps begins selling physical products or services in addition to digital products, this policy will be updated to explain how refunds work for those items. Until then, this policy applies to all purchases made through numbersandnaps.com.
